Because there are more than 100 million Americans that have diabetes or prediabetes, you or someone you love is affected by this disease (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention – CDC). After multiple scenarios, an employee from one of our groups recently passed from diabetes and we thought it would be a good time to inform you about simple facts that go unknown.

We will be posting on our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts in hopes of motivating you to act on your well-being. The CDC also reports that of those – 100+ million Americans – 84.1 million have prediabetes. This is a large number considering that it is almost triple the number of those who ARE diagnosed with diabetes.

Since the symptoms are so mild, often they go unnoticed. Being able to treat it early can prevent you from developing complications and even from possibly leading to type 2 diabetes.

We invite you to follow these informational posts closely on our social media as either you or someone you love can be affected by and you might help prevent it. Interact with us and let us know what your thoughts are or how you have maintained your health after being diagnosed with diabetes.
